On each episode of Project Catalyst: An Economic Development podcast, Tina Emerson, Chief Marketing Officer for Maynard Nexsen, will be joined by the leaders of the Maynard Nexsen Economic Development Practice Group to feature many of the projects and people that have been a catalyst for growth and economic prosperity across the Southeastern United States and beyond.
Tina Emerson, Maynard Nexsen’s Chief Marketing Officer, will serve as the podcast’s main host and will be joined weekly by one of the members of our Economic Development Practice group to provide expert commentary and introduce us to some stellar guests.
Tushar Chikhliker is the Economic Development Practice Group leader for Maynard Nexsen and has represented a diverse group of companies, both domestic and international, in connection with numerous economic development projects throughout every region of the Southeast, including some of the largest economic development projects in the region’s history.
David Spratley serves as Director of Economic Development for Maynard Nexsen. An experienced financial and economic development executive, David joins the team from the North Carolina Department of Commerce, where he served as Senior Assistant Secretary of Finance. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business Recruitment at the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina.
Tom Brinkley is a Shareholder with Maynard Nexsen and specializes in identifying and procuring tax incentive packages for businesses in the State of Alabama, whether for existing Alabama entities, international concerns, or businesses looking to build and establish operations in Alabama, as well as site selection activities.
